Itinerary:
 
Night 1: Hanoi – Thursday Night train to Lao cai
 
TOM Travel driver & staff will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi then transfer you go directly to the train station
 
Overnight in an AC soft sleeper sharing cabin 4berths.
 
Day 1: Friday -Lao cai - Sa Pa – Biking Tour to Binh Lu – Sapa (B/L):
 

TOM Travel guide and driver will pick you up at Lao cai train station then transfer you go up to Sapa , After brekfast at the local restaurant we start ride uphill from Sa Pa to Heaven's Gate(15 kms), if you can not ride uphill your support car will transfer you to the starting point at the Silver Waterfall. A 3km climb over the stunning Tram Ton Pass (the highest in Indochina at 2047 M above the sea level ) provides great views of the Hoang Lien national park before a free-wheeling 30km (2hrs) glide to Binh Lu town (If you arrive in Binh Lu on a Thursday or Sunday morning, you can choose to save some time by taking the car to the top of the Pass, before gliding down to visit the Binh Lu Market). Binh Lu area is dotted with the villages of many hill tribes including Thai,Dzao,Red H’Mong,Lu,Dzay. Lunch in local restaurant . After lunch, cycle 7km to visit a Thai village and explore the Fairy Mountain Cave before meeting your support car for a drive back up over the pass to Sa Pa.

Day 2 :Saturday -Sapa – Biking Tour to Muong Hoa Valley – Sapa- (B/L)
 

After breakfast in the hotel then start the day trip . Experience the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy fields as you cycle from Sapa into the surrounding valleys, the villages of Lao Chai and TaVan village. You will have stops in the villages and have a chance to talk with the Black Hmong or Giay who are working in their fields then continue cycling downhill to Ban Ho, inhabited by the Tay people. In Ban Ho you can observe in daily life of villagers who live in their traditional stilt houses surrounded by rice terraces and vegetable gardens. Walk to the nearby Lavie waterfall, where you can enjoy a swim; Your private vehicle will then pick you at Ban Ho village and transfer you back to Sapa.

Day 3 Sunday :Sa Pa – Bac Ha Hill Tribe Market- Buffalo Cart Tour - Hanoi (B/L)
 

Leaving Sapa in the morning, we travel by car to Bac Ha Market Arriving at Bac Ha, we visit the big outdoor market with its colorful ethnic minority people, such as Flower Hmong, Phu La and Dao Tuyen, who gather here to buy and sell their handicraft products. After visiting the market, you will enjoy lunch at a restaurant. We leave Bac Ha Market for Trung Do Village, where we will enjoy a magical water buffalo cart ride while traveling through amazing countryside inhabited by the happy and hospitable Tay minority people. From the village we will travel by boat down the Chay River to experience the picturesque scenery and magnificent sights along the river. After the boat trip we will enjoy a refreshing cup of tea before our driver transports you to Lao Cai station to catch the night train back to Ha Noi.
 
Overnight in an AC soft sleeper cabin. Arrive Hanoi next morning (around 05:30 in Hanoi).
 
Day 4 : Monday Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D):
 

Today your train will arrival Hanoi around 5:30 AM , TOM Travel staff and driver will waiting you at the station to pick you up then transfer to the hotel for freshen up and have breakfast before depart to Ha Long Bay.
 
8:30: Hotel pick-up in Hanoi Old quarter
12:30: Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour, Ha Long City.
12:45: Enjoy a welcome drink onboard the Tonkin Cruise boat.
13:15: Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch while cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay and into Ha Long Bay.
15:40: Visit Vung Ha beach for kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in one of the Bay’s hidden coves.
17:00: Relax back at the boat as we cruise into the secluded Dong Tien Lake where the boat will anchor overnight.
17:30: Sunset party and happy hour on the sundeck.
18:00: Cooking class offering lessons in traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
19:30: Authentic dinner serve on the sundeck.
20:45: Relax and enjoy the evening or choose from a variety of activities including board games and squid fishing.
 
Day 5 :Tuesday - Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (L/D)
 

6: 30: Rise early for morning tai chi on the sundeck.
7:15: Enjoy a light breakfast while cruising to Vung Vien fishing village.
8:30: Explore Vung Vien village and learn about life in Ha Long Bay communities.
10:00: Return to the boat for check out.
10:30: Enjoy the last of the Ha Long Bay scenery over brunch as the boat cruises back to shore.
12:00 Transfer back to Hanoi.
16:00: Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi.
Trip finishes at around 16h30 at your hotel.
