VNT-SPT 20: SAPA TREKKING ADVENTURE

     Highlight: Muong Hoa Valley – Muong Bo Valley - Topas Ecolodge

Duration: 5days-6nights

Itinerary:
 
Night 1: Hanoi – Lao cai
 
TOM Travel staff pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi at 8: 00 PM, you take a short transfer to the railway station and hop up the night train to Lao Cai City.
 
Overnight in an AC soft sleeper cabin.
 

Day 1: Lao cai - Sa Pa – Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao chai – Tavan “ Homestay”(B/L/D):
Our guide and driver will pick you up at Lao cai train station then transfer you go up to Sapa ,

After brekfast at the local restaurant we start trekking from Sapa to the Black H’mong village of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai where excellent panoramas of the larger valley, paddy terraced fields and the H’mong village are offered. We take a small local path leading into the bottom of the valley, where some stalls are available that serve tea and fruits; a perfect spot to take a rest and have lunch. After lunch you will visit the Zay people of Ta Van, which lies in the middle of the Muong Hoa valley.
 
There you will stay overnight in local houses (Homestay)
 
Day 2: Tavan – Giang Ta Chai – Ban Ho “ Homestay” (B/L/D):
 

Next morning after having breakfast, the trek continues towards the Red Dao village in Giang Ta Chai. On the way you will trek up and downhill then through bamboo forest. The village of Giang Ta Chai is the next stop, which we will reach by following a path over a bridge. Lunch will be provided near a waterfall, just before arrival at the village. Eventually, the trek returns to the hill of Hau Thao village. then continue trekking to Ban Ho village. There live the Tay tribe with their special wooden houses on stills, which are sure to amaze you.
 
There you will stay overnight in local houses (Homestay)
 
Day 2: Tavan – Giang Ta Chai – Ban Ho “ Homestay” (B/L/D):
Next morning after having breakfast, the trek continues towards the Red Dao village in Giang Ta Chai.

Day 3 : Ban Ho – Nam Toong – My Son – Thanh Phu “Homestay”(B/L/D):
 
From Ban Ho trekking up to Nam Toong village. Passing the waterfall in Nam Keng you will arrive My Son village home of Xa Pho minority people. Continue trek to Thanh Phu of Tay village.
 
Overnight in the stilt house of the Tay people.
 
Day 4: Thanh Phu – Thanh Kim – Topas Ecolodge (B/L/D):
 

From Thanh Phu do the trek up to Thanh Kim village where you wil enjoy panorama of Muong Bo valley.
 
Overnight in Topas Ecoldge.
 
Day 5 : Topas Ecolodge – Supan - Sapa(B/L):
 
After a lovely night in Topas Ecolodge you will trek to Su Pan. Where you will take the car back to Sa Pa. Tour Ends. Late afternoon our van transfer you back to Lao cai train, overnight on the train back to Hanoi. 
Overnight in an AC soft sleeper cabin.
Arrive Hanoi next morning (around 05:30 in Hanoi). Tour End.
